The regulations apply to the facilities of Villa Tatra Sky, ul. Kasprusie 35, 34-500 Zakopane, NIP 7361727218.
In order to ensure that you have a enjoyable stay, please familiarize yourself with the rules that apply to our facility.
Check-in/Check-out time:
Rooms and apartments at Willa Pod Niebem are rented on a check-in/out time basis. The check-in time is 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The basis for checking in is the presentation of an identity card or passport.
Fee for stay:
1. It is possible to issue an invoice for your stay, provided that we are informed of this at the time of booking and receive the invoice details. If this is not reported in advance, the invoice will not be issued.
2. Payment for your stay must be made in cash on the day of arrival.
3. Payment of the deposit and thus making an effective booking means acceptance of the booking conditions specified in these regulations and the facility's regulations by the person making the booking.
4. Failure to use the entire stay by a guest due to later arrival or earlier departure than indicated in the booking does not result in a reduction in the payment for the service. The Villa Tatra Sky property takes into account the guest's wishes to extend their stay as far as possible and free dates are available.
5. A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be paid within 48 hours of making the reservation. Failure to pay the deposit within the agreed time will result in cancellation of the reservation. The deposit is non-refundable.
Complaints:
1. In the event of any complaints or concerns regarding the quality of the services provided, we ask Guests to report them immediately, which will enable an immediate reaction and clarification of the situation.
2. Complaints can be made via e-mail, maximum
up to 7 days from the check-out date, to the following address: villatatrasky@gmail.com
3. In the description of the complaint, please include: information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, the type and date of the defect or deficiency in question, and the contact details of the person making the complaint in order to expedite consideration of the complaint by the Facility.
4. The facility will consider the Guest's complaint and inform them about the method of handling it in writing or via e-mail - within 14 days (in exceptional situations up to 30 days) from the date of its receipt.
Quiet hours at night:
Please maintain silence at night from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
The moment we hand over the key to the house, you become the host of this place. With our behavior, we do not disturb our neighbors’ peace. The owner of the facility may refuse to continue providing services to a person who violates this rule without refunding the amount paid for the stay.
If you are visited by people from outside the facility, please let us know. Persons not registered at the facility may stay at the facility from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
In the event that there are more people in the facility after 10:00 p.m. than were reported at the time of booking, these people will be asked to leave or the total rental price of the facility for the booked period will be increased by 100%. The additional fee in this case is payable in cash on the same day.
Requests and comments:
In the event of any complaints regarding the quality of services, the Guest is requested to report them to the landlord as soon as possible, which will enable an immediate reaction and clarification of the situation.
PARKING
We provide free parking at your disposal. The owners of the facility are not responsible for the car left or the property in it.
Fire safety:
For the comfort of you and our future guests, as well as for fire safety, smoking and the use of open flame, e.g. candles, are strictly prohibited in the facility.
Items left behind:
Personal belongings left by the departing Guest will be sent back at the Guest's expense to the address indicated. If no instructions are received, these items will be destroyed after one month.
